42 years old father defiles daughter of 9 years old in Ibadan.

A driver identified as Suilamon AjigbotiAllah, who allegedly defiled his 9 years old daughter has been ordered to remanded in prison, pending legal advice, by an Iyaganku Chief Magistrate Courts’ on Monday.

Chief magistratemagistrate O.O Adisa, ordered that Suilamon be remanded in Agodi prison in, Ibadan has he did not take his plead.

He also ordereded the police to send a copy of the case file to Oyo state Directorates of Public Prosecution for legal advice and adjourned the case to September 27, for mention.

Sargent Fakolade Ewe, who was the Prosecutor Counsel told the court earlier, that AjigbotiAllah allegedly defilled his 9 years old daughter on August 11, at about 9 p.m at Atipe Oke-Offa in Ibadan.

She added that the case was reported to the State Crime Investigation Department by the suscpect’s neighbour.

The offence has contravened the Laws of Oyo state, having the provision in section 218 criminal cod cap 38, Vol II: he said.

The New Agency of Nigeria(NAN) said the section 218 stipulated life imprisonment with or without cane for defilement if the suspect is found guilty.
