Antoine Greizmann Has Now Broken Zinedine Zidane’s Record, In France National Team

Barcelona’s forward, Antoine Griezmann has reached 37 goals with the French national team, he now needs only four more goals to match Michel Platini (41) as the third all-time top scorer for France. Also, he now has the 3rd most goals and assists (58) in French history, which automatically means he has overtaken Zinedine Zidane (57).

France completed their Euro 2020 preparations by beating Bulgaria 3.0, with goals from Olivier Giroud and Greizmann (who scored a bicycle kick). The Frenchman has now scored 37 goals in 91 matches for the French National team and he is now the highest goal contributor in French football history.

With his goal against Bulgaria, Antoine Griezmann has now scored in 3 consecutive matches with the national team for the first time since 2018. Sincerely, France is really the team to beat at the Euros, with heavy weights like Mbappe, Kante, Pogba, Benzema, Giroud, Greizmann and co, they sure look like the favourites to win the Euros.
