Atletico Madrid and Benfica are the latest clubs to seal their spots in the last eight.
The Spanish side beat Manchester United 1-0 at Old Trafford to progress with a 2-1 aggregate win.
Benfica also saw off Ajax 1-0 in their tie to win it 3-2 on aggregate.
The other clubs who will be in the draw for the quarter-final are Real Madrid, Bayern Munich, Manchester City and Liverpool.
The final two will be decided on Wednesday when Chelsea travel to Lille and Juventus take on Villarreal.
