“Delete it”– Fans react after Salah posts christmas photo for third year running

Liverpool striker, Mohamed Salah has once again taken the led in wishing Christians across the globe a merry Christmas celebration, Newspremises understands.

The Egyptian winger took to his verified social media pages to post a lovely picture with his family to celebrate the moment.

However, his post have generated massive reactions with many angry with the player’s gesture.

Salah is a Muslim and does not celebrate Christmas and according to some fans it is wrong for the former Chelsea player to share the moment with Christians.

He has been in the country since Liverpool began their pre-English Premier League mid-season training.

The Egyptian forward scored on his return to competition action as Liverpool bowed out of the EFL Cup following defeat to Manchester City.

It’s that time of the year again from Mo Salah. Consistency is key! Merry Christmas from the Salah household.

My fav Christmas Eve tradition is when Mo Salah posts his annual Christmas tree photo and then he receives a lecture from every grumpy Muslim uncle about why that’s haram and then the post evolves into whether a single Christmas tree is gonna annihilate the entire Ummah

@EricNjiiru added:

Merry Christmas from Mo Salah. Another year for people to get annoyed and unnecessary noise.

@StokeyG2 posted:

We’ve got a Mo Salah Christmas pic…The Salah curse is back.

@Ike_Obiara commented:

The long awaited picture is upon us. Let the rattled begin to convulse. Merry Christmas, Mo.
