Governor AbdulRahman AbdulRazaq appoints 24-year -old #EndSars panelist as Commissioner

Governor AbdulRahman AbdulRazaq of Kwara state has nominated Kaosarah Adeyi, a 24-year-old University of Ilorin Graduate as Commissioner, Newspremises reports.

Adeyi graduated from the Department of Forestry and Wildlife, University of Ilorin in 2019, and had her one year compulsory National Youth Service in Oyo state.


Newspremises gathered that, the Youngest Commissioner designate, hailed from Ilorin, the state capital, Ojuekun-Sarumi Ward, Ilorin-West Local Government Area, of the State. She had served in many capacities including as the Student Union Vice President in University of Ilorin, and recently, a member of the Kwara state Judicial Panel of Enquiry on #EndSars protest.

She is also the member representing Kwara state on the Northern Governors’ Forum Committee on Youth Engagement, Priorities and Inclusion in Government.

It will be recalled that the Kwara state Governor had previously set the record of appointing the youngest commissioner in the world, Miss Joanna Nnazua Kolo in 2019, with the latest development, Governor AbdulRazaq has broken a record he previously set.
