Kylian Mbappe turns down Real Madrid, to remain at Paris Saint-Germain

Paris Saint-Germain youngstar, Kylian Mbappe is reportedly set to stay at the club after again turning down the chance to join Real Madrid, Newspremises reports.

Italian transfer expert, Fabrizio Romano made the disclosure on Saturday afternoon, via a post on his verified Twitter handle.

The France forward has agreed to a three-year contract extension that is close to being signed, a person with knowledge of the deal told The Associated Press.

They spoke on condition of anonymity because they were not authorized to discuss the contract talks publicly.

Newspremises had earlier reported that, PSG ‘offered Mbappe control of the club’s sporting project including hiring and firing managers and team-mates’ in desperate bid to stop him from joining Real Madrid.

And in desperate attempt to stop him from leaving the club, PSG offered Mbappe a £4m per month salary, £100m sign on fee plus the power to hire and fire managers and teammates.

The sensational contract which would give him control of the club’s sporting operations, comes as multiple reports in Spain and France say the 23-year-old is now on the verge of joining Real Madrid for free as his contract with PSG expires in two months time.

The 23-year-old Mbappé’s contract is expiring in June and he would have been available on a free transfer.
