Lionel Messi and Neymar appear as characters in Call of Duty video game

Call of Duty is a very popular video game series. Call of Duty: Modern Warfare II, the latest version of the game series published by Activision, an American video game publisher, was released on October 28. Activision holds promotional events featuring characters from movies and the like to promote every edition of the game series.

Activision has used football celebrities for its Modern Warfare II marketing campaign. Argentine superstar Lionel Messi of Paris Saint-Germain, Brazilian superstar Neymar of PSG and French star Paul Pogba of Juventus have joined hands to promote Call of Duty: Modernist Warfare II.

All the media are full of trailers and propaganda about them. Moreover, superstars are coming as operators in the game. Activision has confirmed that Lionel Messi, Neymar and Paul Pogba operator skins will be coming to Modern Warfare 2, Warzone 2, and CoD Mobile. They confirmed this yesterday through Call of Duty’s twitter handle.

Fans were also informed that Messi, Pogba and Neymar are all collaborating with Call of Duty. Sharing his in-game skin, Neymar wrote, “Every squadmate needs an attacker. I’m coming to Call of Duty.” “Hungry for more Call of Duty!! Who’s ready?” Pogba responded. “Testing my skills on a new field. What do you think? Call of Duty here I come!” Messi wrote on Instagram.
