PSG chiefs eye mega million move for Victor Osimhen as a replacement for Kylian Mbappe

Paris-Saint-Germain hierarchies have reportedly identified Nigerian striker Victor Osimhen as the best replacement for Kylian Mbappe, who is currently in Cameroon for his holidays, Newspremises reports.

Mabapp currently has a year left on his contract at PSG but the club’s executives fear losing the former Monaco star for free if he should refuse to sign a new deal.

There have been reports that Real Madrid are ready to sign Mbappe this summer as replacement for Karim Benzema, who has moved to the Saudi Arabian League.

According to reports on Punch and Football Espana, those in charge of Paris Saint-Germain feel that Osimhen would be a perfect replacement for Mbappe.

Napoli want €100m for Osimhen

Napoli’s top brass are rumored to have made it clear that any club interested in signing Osimhen this summer must pay a staggering €100 million.

Osimhen’s transfer value increased last season when he assisted Napoli in capturing the Scudetto for the first time in 33 years and finished with 26 goals to lead Serie A.

Currently, in order for Napoli to have a chance to sign Osimhen, PSG must be able to make them a tantalizing offer.

They must also be aware that Premier League teams are also interested in the Super Eagles’ strongman’s services.
