(Video) Manchester United fans sing new Casemiro chant ahead of Brazilian’s debut

Casimero made his first debut for Manchester United as the Premier League giants defeated Southampton 1-0 to take the three points from their trip to saint Mary’s on Saturday.

Casemiro joined Manchester United from Real Madrid in club record-deal worth about £70 million plus add-ons.

The Brizilan midefider was announced as Manchester United’s fourth signing of the ongoing summer transfer window on Monday, August 22, 2022.

In a video shared on Twitter and sighted by News Premises, Manchester United supporters came up with a chant featuring the club’s newest signing, and their voices could be heard undereth the clip.

Casemiro was introduced into the game as a second half substitute and he helped the Red Devils grind out a 1-0 win at St. Mary’s.

However, a video did the rounds before kick-off and the new Casemiro chant, which includes Bruno Fernandes, proved popular among fans.

The 30-year-old may get more minutes on Thursday night when United take on Leicester City.

Casemiro’s presense in midfield should allow players like Scott McTominay, Fred and Christian Eriksen to push further forward.
